    we've been engaged in production of traffic lights for 9 years and have exported our products to over 100 countries worldwide. The moulds of housing are all developed by ourselves and thus we have advantage in price. Even more , we can offer first-rate service to customers. and some of our traffic products passed the EN12368, CE(LVD & EMC),RoHS, TUV, GB14887-2011.

    Yes, this is our regular cooperation and business. We accept producing products under Clients' brands.
  • Q 1.5 Do you accept third party inspection?
    Our company has already obtained ISO9001-2008 quality management system certificate and had Audited with SGS,Report Number is QIP-ASI132171, We accept the buyer's request of inspection by third parties,such as B.V., COTECNA, etc. but the total charges related shall be on buyer’s account or Shared.
  • Q 2.1 How do you make a price offer and how long is its validity?
    Price offer is based on customer's particular order, agreed payment terms, and actual cost. Usually,the offer is valid for 15 days.
  • Q 2.2 How can we get samples from you ?
    Please email us your requirement and our salesperson will get back to you very soon.
  • Q 2.3 What if quality or quantity discrepancy arises?
    In case of quality discrepancy, claim should be filed by the Buyers within 30 days after the arrival of the goods at port of destination. we will be free to offer new products delivery. Remark: for Bulk orders, we will offer 1% spare parts for our products due to quality problems. Quality problems during the warranty period, our company will provide free replacement of components to customers, if not replace components, will be free to offer new products. For quantity discrepancy, claim should be filed by the Buyers within 15 days after the arrival of the goods at port of destination, we will be free to delivery the less Quantity. If there are discrepancy not specified in the contract, we should negotiate directly or resort to the arbitration or legal activities.
  • Q 2.4 What payment terms do you accept?
    --- We prefer confirmed 100% irrevocable letter of credit payable at sight; --- Possibly T/T 30-50% of total amount as down payment before shipment and left balance before releasing documents; ....All by T/T before shipment, especially for the case that the total deal amount is small. --- some other payments are also welcome if the amount is very small, such as Paypal, Western Union, etc.
  • Q 2.5 Delivery and Transit Time
    If the indent is given and for one full container load, the proper time for shipment of regular types of westrooper products is usually 10-20 days after receipt of L/C or T/T down payment.
