Portable Variable Message Signs, Radar Speed Sign

Recently, Chevy Light is developing Portable Variable Message Signs (VMS) to meet the versatile market needs. VMS is mainly used in road construction and maintenance areas to give motorists advanced warning and directional information.
The entire system of our portable VMS consists of LED Display Unit, Solar Cell, Display and Power Control Unit, Speed Radar, GSM Unit, Lead Acid Battery and Trailer. The LED display unit is a monochrome Amber color display, composed of 24 LED modules with 3 lines of text, 8 characters per line. Each LED module is composed of 5(W) x 7(H) = 35 pixels. Each pixel is with 4 pcs of 5mm round shape Amber LED lamp.
Besides, it is solar-powered and can be used continuously for 15 days after fully charged. The display and power control unit has a self-contained on-board computer, capable of sending messages, GSM messages included, to the display apart from controlling the brightness, voltage, power consumption, working temperature and so on.
Even more, our portable VMS can be connected to speed radar to more effectively conduct traffic control.
